Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR date update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal etc
Require to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development, etc
Assist in preparing of staff organization chat for Tender submission.
Prepare for the reports that requested by Beijing HQ
Update and maintain employees data in the system and personal files.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor or above degree, in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors
More than 3 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus
Excellent written and spoken skills, communication and negotiation skills
Good command of both English and Mandarin is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates
