Sourcing and selection of candidates
Manage manpower requisition forms and branch arrangement lists
Updating of P-File
Manage all work pass applications eg WP, SP, EP
Manage Employee Life Cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding
Be actively involved in recruitment
Manage full life-cycle of recruitment from screening, interviewing, negotiating salary offers to facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Manage monthly payroll processing for 200 headcounts
Responsible for the set-up, update and maintenance of the INFO-TECH HRM System
Checking on attendance on a bi-weekly basis, to ensure that every staffs have clocked in and out and/or leaves applied accordingly
Clocking in/out on behalf of staff if any (refer to admin chats)
Applying urgent leaves on behalf of staffs when required (refer to HR email)
Ensure all attendance are checked by the end of the month and submit to final checker
Manage and follow up on HRSOLUTIONS email, ensure all emails are accounted for
Manage and follow up on ADMIN Chats, ensure all queries are accounted for
Rectify salary discrepancies by the 2nd week of the month with Finance team
Managing employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines
Support administrative work for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation
Manage any other HR related matters from time to time, eg : administration record, staff roosters, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution
Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Have the knowledge & experience in INFO-TECH System would be an advantage, but not required
Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
Highly self-motivated and the ability to multi task
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Proficient in MS Office
Able to start work in a short notice
