Human Resources Analyst

Duration: 1 year
Salary: $3485/month
Location: Bugis
Working Days and Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Mon to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm on Friday

Responsibilities:

• assist in implementing the Workday Journey for new hire onboarding.
• provide support for Project Temus to automate HR reporting and tracking, perform
• User Acceptance Testing, data cleansing and verifications as needed.
• review and manage HR data and records management in line with IM requirements.
• conduct HR data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
• prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics using tools such as Tableau.
• assist in automating and improving HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
