Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources and Admin Executive to join our team. The Human Resources and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing both the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across HR processes, from recruitment to employee relations, and supporting administrative tasks, such as office management, to maintain an efficient and productive work environment. The ideal candidate should be people oriented, have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and ensure positive employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and other documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor and update leave records, attendance, and employee performance data.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation processes in collaboration with the finance department.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring quality service and timely delivery.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and agreements for office-related services.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for company documents, employee records, and other business-related paperwork.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data and documents.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and monitoring office expenses.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR and Admin role.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and office management.
