What You'll Do:
- Support a full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, orientation, employee relations, payroll processing and more.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist with office administration and management tasks.
- Contribute to business-related tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with external partners.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (knowledge of Indonesian, Malay, or Thai is a bonus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
