As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the people agenda for the Business Units under your care. In this role, you will manage HR initiatives and work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment of people strategies with business objectives. This role reports into the HRBP Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR matters independently, with the ability to drive initiatives from idea generation to implementation.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to meet specific business needs and improve employee capabilities.
- Lead the performance management process for your BUs, including supporting talent calibration and succession planning efforts.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to execute initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations issues, coach managers on best practices, and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Develop and execute an employee engagement strategy that enhances employee experience and supports retention goals.
- Act as a change agent, supporting the business through transitions and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights using HR metrics to support decision-making and recommendations to business leaders.
Others:
- Be actively involved in ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related roles.
- Ability to prioritize and balance long-term strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage HR projects from inception to completion, with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
