As an integral member of NCS People & Culture team - you are the designated People Partner to the assigned business units. You will play a key role in partnering business leaders and delivering effective and efficient people services to support the business unit. You will also manage people initiatives and programs related to rewards, talent management, succession planning, performance management and people engagement.

What we seek to accomplish together:
Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders, providing counsel on organizational structure, talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce planning to drive regional growth.
Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent, create career paths, and ensure robust succession plans are in place for critical roles.
Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives by coaching managers on delivering constructive feedback, setting objectives, and developing action plans to support a high-performance culture.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for complex employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Organizational Development: Work with senior leaders on change management efforts, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and minimizing disruptions to the business.
HR Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations across regions. Implement HR policies and practices that are culturally relevant and in alignment with global standards.
