Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 4-6 years of HR experience, specifically in onboarding, exit processes, immigration, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to working in a staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Orientation
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, positive experience for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions, ensuring new employees have a thorough understanding of company policies, culture, and role expectations.
Exit Processes
- Handle exit formalities professionally, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth offboarding.
- Identify and document reasons for employee turnover, contributing insights to improve retention strategies.
Immigration and Visa Processing
- Oversee immigration processes for employees, including visa and work permit applications, renewals, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding immigration-related queries.
Statutory Compliance and Interaction with Authorities
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and statutes, ensuring that company policies align with legal requirements.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to address compliance matters promptly and accurately.
Collaboration with Staffing Teams
- Support the staffing teams by understanding the unique needs of a staffing company environment.
- Work collaboratively across departments to promote HR best practices and align HR functions with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience:
- 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of tenure in a single organization.
- Prior experience in staffing companies or a demonstrated interest in staffing environments is strongly preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, exit procedures, immigration processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and sensitivity.
