Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Support one of the key business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with the Business Division Head and other senior stakeholders to continuously review and improve the quality delivery of HR services.
Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters, working with the broader HR Team on continuous improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs and processes
Reporting to the HRBP lead, you will provide leadership to a HR Associate and provide guidance on the escalation of complex employee matters.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
Degree qualified with at least 8 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience, prior team lead experience is preferred.
Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisation skills and ability to work under pressure despite competing priorities.
