Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Support assigned business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with the business stakeholders on resource planning and talent acquisition and providing sound HR advice on all strategic people matters
Collaborate with the broader HR team (Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Shared Services) on delivery of HR services and programmes
Participate in HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes
To be eligible for this role you will require:
Degree qualified with 8 to 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organisations
Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices
Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills
A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn
