Qualifications and Training
Degree level education
Significant generalist HR experience
Solid project management skills
CIPD membership / accreditation (Associate / level 5 or above)
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Experience of managing a team
Minimum 8 years working in a similar position and environment.
Affinity with and an interest in Education and the needs of an International School
Experience of working in a school environment
Experience of working in a decentralised multinational organisation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of handling legal and contractual issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to summarise and present complex information and arguments.
