Human Resources Director

Our client, a Singapore-based Not-for-Profit Christian organization that provides medical, social services to the under-privileged in the society is looking for a Director (Human Resources).

The role

As a HR Business Partner to the senior management team; supporting the leaders in achieving corporate goals through people development and change management.

Lead and drive all HR initiatives across the organization to make the organization a great place to work.

Build a culture of high engagement, accountability, care and teamwork.

Lead the talent agenda to ensure the organization attracts, develops and retains the right talent to be future ready.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

More than 10 years of progressive HR work experience and exposure to Social Service sector will be preferred.

MBA or other HR certification will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership skill to lead a sizeable HR team across different areas of specialization.

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
