To implement employee engagement surveys, track the progress of action planning and monitor the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and program.
To support initiatives and activities to build corporate culture and employee rewards and retention
To plan and conduct employee health screening and monitor employee health indicators.
To support the formation and functioning of the employee health & wellness committee
To formulate and monitor the budget for engagement, rewards and recognition and health and wellness program
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
Experience in managing employee engagement and wellness
