Role Description

This is a full-time contract role for a Human Resources Executive at Muslimin Trust Fund Association in Singapore. We are seeking experienced executive for Learning and Development. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skils and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business admin or equivelant.
• Minimum 3 years of L&D experience
• Experience in managing HR functions and operations
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
