Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the HR Team in the execution of HR policies, processes and global initiatives.
Support pulse/employee engagement survey process, perform data analysis, consolidate feedback through focus group meetings and collate/monitor improvement actions.
Provide logistics planning and execution at HR engagement/welfare activities and training programs
Support HR engagement/welfare activities.
Responsible for HR operations and administration such as work pass applications, generation of HR documents and maintenance of personal files for accuracy
Administer internship program/career fairs
Create relevant reports (as required) and their associated analysis and presentation
Any other duties that may assigned
Job Requirement
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
