As a HR Intern, you will work closely with our recruitment team, learning the ropes of executive search and gaining insight into the fast-paced world of HR. This role offers you a chance to make a real impact while developing valuable skills for your future career.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process - proactively source and assess resumes, select qualified candidates, arrange interviews, and oversee onboarding procedures.
- Support the team in building and maintaining a database of high-potential candidates for mid to senior-level roles.
- Engage with university student groups to organize outreach activities, networking events, and workshops.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
