Human Resources Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Jan 2025 onwards), you'll be at the center of our recruitment efforts, making a positive impact by ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process through onboarding top talent swiftly.

What you will do

• Engage in strategic talent-mapping through identifying necessary skills and capabilities needed in current and future talent pool.
• Provide support for new initiatives, particularly in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics, while remaining open to additional areas as needed.
• Refine current practices to elevate the efficacy and efficiency of recruitment efforts.

What you bring

Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Proficient in interacting with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Adept at articulating ideas and information effectively.
