Salary: $5000 - $6000 (depending on experience)
Working Location: East region, walking distance from MRT
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of HR operations, including strategy, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Oversees payroll, benefits, and work pass administration.
- Develops training programs and manages career development initiatives.
- Leads office management functions, ensuring workplace safety and compliance.
- Ensures adherence to all labor and company policies.
- Provides HR reports and insights to senior management.
- Handles additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is
preferred. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry.
