Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their HR functions in Singapore, enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational development for their 30 employees.

About the role:

• Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard top talent.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee concerns.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and support career development.
• Training: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with local labor laws and update policies.
• Compensation: Manage payroll and benefits, analyzing market trends.
• HR Analytics: Use metrics for decision-making and reporting to management.

The ideal applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
