Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their HR functions in Singapore, enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational development for their 30 employees.
About The Role
- Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee concerns.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and support career development.
- Training: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with local labor laws and update policies.
- Compensation: Manage payroll and benefits, analyzing market trends.
- HR Analytics: Use metrics for decision-making and reporting to management.
The Ideal Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
