We're seeking a passionate HR professional to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our company culture. You'll go beyond the daily tasks you'll become a strategic partner, supporting all aspects of HR and collaborating on initiatives that drive our success.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and review the HR strategies to support the Company's business growth.
- Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions of the Company: Talent Acquisitions, Compensations and Rewards, Employee Benefits, Employee relations.
- Ensure operational excellence in HR policies, processes and a robust HR governance.
- Communicate/Liaise with Headquarter in China on all HR related matters.
- Liaison with government on all labor related issues, ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local laws and the Group Policies.
- Handle in-house payroll via Times Software
- Establish effective HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related studies.
- With at least 10 years and above of related HR experience.
- Experience with Times Software
- Possess strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, retention, and career development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Chinese language skills in both expression and comprehension, enabling effective communication with senior management at headquarters.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources.
