Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, collaborating closely with Business HRBPs & COEs for all Singapore matters
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO standards related to HR practices through regular audits and assessments.
Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
To be eligible for this role you will require:
Degree qualified with 8 years of generalist HR or HR Operations experience, experience in a similar industry will be a bonus.
Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
A self starter who is agile, resourceful and independent
