HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER

Skills and experiences required

. Proficient in AUTOCAD & REVIT

. Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Management) will be an added advantage

. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in M&E construction or similar capacity

. Able to work under tight deadlines and schedules

. Meticulous and strong in construction detailing

. MS Office at least to intermediate level

Duties & Responsibilities

. Prepare contract documentation drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built status

. To work with Project Managers, Project Engineers and to co-ordinate with consultants as well as main and sub contractors on interpretation of drawings

. Prepare shop drawings for Mechanical system

. Ensure drawings are compliant with the regulatory specifications

. Ensures qualitative and timely delivery of all drawings and maintain soft copy of archive drawings

. Attend weekly meetings

Qualifications & Other requirements

. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Higher NITEC holders or its equivalent

. Willing to work extended hours and/or on weekends & public holidays when urgently required

. A team player with initiative, drive and a positive attitude

. Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred

. Preferably able to commence immediately
