Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project scope, identify potential risks, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Negotiate and prepare contract modifications and manage documentation related to project variations with involved parties.
- Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to review progress and address issues.
- Maintain standards for project monitoring, including design, construction timelines, cost control, and information systems.
- Provide bi-weekly or monthly reports detailing project status, financial health, and other critical metrics for management review.
- Implement comprehensive transition plans for project handover.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management Team to ensure smooth handover of completed projects.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- With at least 2-4 years of similar work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
