Job Description:
Job Summary:
The IBP S&OP Systems Manager will leverage their expertise in SAP IBP, ECC, and the Entegris S&OP process to enhance productivity and communication within the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the supply chain planning processes within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework to ensure that Entegris can efficiently and cost-effectively meet customer demand. The manager will lead efforts to support and drive user adoption of the new RCCP process utilizing IBP priority-based finite heuristics.
Key Responsibilities:
- IBP Systems Management:
o Oversee and optimize supply chain planning processes within IBP, ensuring alignment with Entegris strategic goals.
o Lead the supply planning component of the IBP process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
o Use expertise in SAP IBP, ECC, and Entegris S&OP processes to maximize productivity and improve communication across the organization.
o Lead business user support and promote adoption of the new RCCP process, leveraging IBP priority-based finite heuristics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work in a cross-functional environment to address S&OP systems and business process related issues, facilitating resolution and driving change across different time zones.
o Partner closely with global functional area leaders and their teams to understand system needs, ensuring these are met by working with IT on configuring or enhancing SAP IBP.
- IT Partnership:
o Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure system availability for the monthly S&OP process.
o Partner with IT to configure, enhance, and maintain SAP IBP, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
o Provide training to end users on the effective use of SAP IBP.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Consolidate, analyze, interpret, and report on all aspects of SAP IBP, providing insights to support business decisions.
o Work closely with business leaders across multiple functional areas to gain a deep understanding of the planning scenarios and complexities unique to each area.
o Use this in-depth knowledge to enable optimized solutions within SAPs IBP platform.
- Expertise in SAP Business Suite:
o Leverage extensive knowledge of SAP Business Suite, including IBP, APO, SCM, and BI, to support and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
o Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in SAP technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of supply chain management.
- Continuous Improvement:
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
o Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve supply planning accuracy.
o Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management
Requisite Criteria & Skills Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
5-7 years of experience with SAP IBP, ECC, and S&OP processes.
Proven experience in managing supply chain planning processes within an IBP framework.
Strong understanding of SAP Business Suite, including IBP, APO, SCM, and BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across different time zones and in a global, cross-functional environment.
Experience in training and supporting end users on SAP IBP.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification or similar credentials in IBP or related areas.
Experience working in a global manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain certification.
Experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment
