Job Title : Project Validation Leader
The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Innovative & Dynamic team, within the Validation Team of the Imaging Division, working on different worldwide leading technology image sensors targeting various customers and markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive).
As the project validation Leader, you will manage the Validation, Electrical and Optical Characterization implementation of the project and report the status to different teams inside or outside Imaging Division.
Your Will Have The Following Objectives
- Lead the product validation process till the qualification
- Define the Validation strategy and Electrical & Optical characterization, in line with the project objectives and the Division strategy
- Build and manage a project plan associated with resources and materials
- Manage projects meetings (Kick-off, weeklies,) and technical core-team
- Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones
- Contribute to the project risks analysis
- Track PCB hardware design and developing testing scripts that align with product and characterization requirements.
- Track validation progress, anticipating potential issues, and implementing preventive or corrective actions
- Ensure that the expected documents and deliverables are implemented according to the plan
- Participate in product qualification and customer-related activities in collaboration with all relevant divisional functions.
- Lead the project postmortem in order to enhance the next project implementation
- Contribute to the training and expertise growing of the team
- Propose methods and tools improvements vs Project validation
You will be key for the success of the Imaging Division as you will be in contact with different teams covering a large broad range of expertise inside the Imaging Division, but also with Division external customers.
You will take advantage and rely on a large range of technicals expertise of the team members in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics and software. You will be working in close collaboration with the product IC development teams (IC hardware design, Firmware), application team in order to provide the best solution for the external customers. You will be a key member of the IC project team and participate to project core meetings in order to share information, actions and priorities

Your Skills & Experiences
- Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, optoelectronics, or similar discipline.
- At least, 4 years of experience in Validation, Testing, Electronic product development or project Management.
- Important skills required:
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good level of autonomy, methodology and rigor
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrate strength of new proposal in order to complete the project
