Includes but not limited to the following:

- Prepare ice cream and pastries according to recipes provided

- Stock taking of inventory and food supplies

- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen

- Minimum commitment of 1 year

- Prior experience with pastry and ice-cream making will be advantageous
