Manage and oversee daily operations of the kiosk (located in Vivocity), includes perform shop opening and closing duties (cashiering, scooping ice cream, store cleanliness, etc.).
. Enforce standard operating procedures and adhere to food & safety procedures.
. Conduct inventory stock check.
. Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
. Be knowledgeable of the ice cream/overall menu be able to promote ice-cream and make tailored recommendations.
. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/shop.
. Ensure safe distancing is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
. Relevant experience in the service/F&B industry is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
. Friendly service, driven and passionate about work.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
. Self-driven and possess good learning attitude.
. Independent and able to multi task.
. With Food Hygiene Certificate or related preferred.
. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
