Job Description
As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for various daily operations at your assigned workstations under the guidance of the Outlet Manager. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers by taking orders, scooping ice cream, preparing waffles, etc.
- Handling cashier duties.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of your assigned workstation, including the dining area, floors, furniture, and fittings.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
