Job Responsibilities
- Drive consistent and reliable sales revenue
- Research design concepts and prepare detailed quotations for client meetings
- Develop practical and innovative design ideas to present to clients
- Create and manage schedules to coordinate and oversee sub-contractors and suppliers
- Supervise projects and negotiate costs effectively
- Ensure proper documentation is prepared and submitted to relevant authorities
- Provide support to the directors as needed
Job Requirements
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Commission Based Sales / Property Industry / related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply
- Persons specialized / has qualifications in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. (preferred)
- Attentive & keen learner
- Able to work independently & in teams
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good Working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
Proficiency In
- Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop (preferred)
- Industry knowledge (training provided)

- This position only offers commission as salary.

- Working hours are flexible but can also include Saturday and public holidays.
