ID Admin (RPA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ID Administrator RPA is likely responsible for managing and maintaining user identities and access privileges within the organization IT systems.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Well versed in knowledge of monitoring and RPA tools : Automation Anywhere;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders;
• Excellent Attention to Detail and Problem Solving issues efficiently;
• Knowledge of handling audits;
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other IT departments;

Desired Skill-set

• UiPath Certified RPA Associate would be advantage;
• Certified Advanced RPA Professional;

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive documentation detailing for all ID admin internal processes;
• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of RPA tasks to automate repetitive identity management processes, such as user provisioning and access reviews;
• Responsible for creating Slide Deck;
• Develop and maintain the overall RPA program, ensuring that it meets the organization's objectives and delivers value;
• Participate in regular compliance audits to ensure processes adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements;
• Investigate the capabilities of Microsoft PowerAutomate to streamline and automate infrastructure-related requests;
• Compile and prepare monthly operational reports that summarize key activities, performance metrics, and achievements related to identity administration.
