ID Admin

Summary:

• We are seeking for ID Admin role for our client to drive continuous improvements in their processes and systems.

Mandatory Skills:

• Fresh IT graduates are encouraged to apply and will be provided with training
• Knowledge in using ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of account management and access control principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with various departments and stakeholders.
• Understanding of fundamental IT concepts, including account management and user access control.

Responsibility:

• Create and configure user accounts based on the approval matrix and organizational policies.
• Ensure appropriate access levels and permissions are assigned in line with job roles and responsibilities.
• Regularly review and update user accounts and permissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and process service requests and incidents using the ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Track and resolve issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely setup of accounts and access to required systems.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including the deactivation of accounts and retrieval of company assets.
• Monitor account-related systems and processes for performance and compliance.
• Provide support to users regarding account-related issues and access requests.
