Your profile
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within a design-oriented role (visual merchandising and store planning).
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
. Strong understanding of retail merchandising techniques and trends that influence home furnishings and retail.
. Excellent eye for detail with the ability to balance creativity and commercial appeal.
. Positive work ethic, with a passion for design, teamwork, and taking initiative.
. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, proactively propose solutions, and take ownership of tasks to drive results.
. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
