About the job
In your role as an intern in the Sales and Supply Support team, you will create and constantly improve excellent availability, range management and forecasting at the lowest possible costs. Together with the Sales and Supply Support Manager, you will support the Stores commercial team and act as a communication link between the store and Supply and Availability, Service Office matrix.
Your assignment
You will assist in the stock inventory process to secure highest stock accuracy level.
Support the Sales and Supply Support Manager with stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.
Carry out qualitative and timely administration of parameters in the system to prevent unnecessary orders to manage healthy range frame.
Check and follow up on order creation to achieve healthy stock structure and capacity.
You will shadow the Sales and Supply support specialist to learn about our role in the Commercial team.
Your profile
You can perform routine tasks.
You have an eye for detail and analytical.
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with cross-departmental colleagues and confident in approaching and talking to people from all levels.
You are proficient in MS Office / Excel.
You can work on public holidays and weekends.
You are able to commit for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
