Job Description (JD) for Imaging Centre Specialist would include the following roles and responsibilities
- Scanning : The primary role involves converting physical documents into a digital format.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of the digitised content. .
- File Management: Once the document has been scanned, it needs to be properly stored and organised back to its original physical file.
- Indexing - Naming files in a consistent manner based on project requirement, organising files into appropriate folders digitally and ensuring files are uploaded.
- Software Proficiency: Applicant should have simple knowledge on computer usage as various software tools will be used in the scanning process. Training will be provided to learn the software
- Software use will include image editing software, document management systems for uploading of images after scanning or uploading of images to client's portal.
