JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Manage inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints via hotline.
• Document customer interactions.
• Resolve issues according to procedures, escalating when necessary.
• Provide feedback on improvement areas based on customer issues.
• Stay updated on processes, products, and pricing.
• Collaborate with operations teams for issue resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

WORKING HOURS:

• Office Hours Monday - Friday only
