Position: Patient Service Officer (PSO)
Contract Type: 3-month contract to permanent
Working Hours: Office hours, 5.5 days per week

1. Fertility Centre (Paragon) - 3 positions
2. Specialist Centre (Paragon) - 1 position
3. Specialist Centre (Woodleigh) - 1 position
4. TCM (Paragon Orchard) - 1 position
5. Clinic (Serangoon) - 1 position

Details:

• Working Hours:
• Mon to Fri: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
• Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
  
• Salary: $2,300 - $3,000
• Requirements: Candidates must have clinic assistant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter.
• Ensure accuracy in clinical data entry into the computer system.
• Apply basic patient care.
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with insurance companies and handle payment arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
