Immigration Specialist

Achieve Group is seeking for an Immigration Specialist to provide comprehensive consultancy services to clients. The successful candidate will work on business development, immigration consultation in the immigration market and collaborate with clients to offer professional advice and support, ensuring smooth processes for immigration applications, company registrations, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized immigration consultancy services, assisting clients in understanding and selecting the most suitable immigration pathways and procedures.
• Assist clients in preparing necessary documents and materials for immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
• Provide detailed information to clients about living, education, employment, and investment environments in target countries or regions.
• Assist clients in company registrations and applications for business licenses, understanding and adhering to relevant legal and tax regulations.
• Offer ongoing corporate services post-establishment, including financial management, staff recruitment, and labor law consultations.
• Manage client relationships, build long-term partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Law, International Relations, Business Management, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration or corporate services, with preference for experience in consultancy or related advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and client service skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse client groups.
• Familiarity with immigration laws and corporate registration processes in multiple countries or regions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of providing practical solutions in complex situations.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage and organize documents and projects.
