Job Description :
- Understand Mobileum products, build knowledge that allows optimum deployments.
- Learn the standard deployment methodologies and practices and application of the same in the projects assigned.
- Timely escalation of issues that are blocking/long pending to technical delivery manager.
- Provide product and other technical feedback to Engg and TDM for improvements.
- Work towards completing the project as per the schedule & quality standards.
- Build the HLD, LLD, implementation guide as per the templates.
- Participate in the system audit and make the necessary corrections.
- Participate in the post-implementation audit and make the necessary corrections
- Readiness to travel on short notice. Traveling time will depend on the project requirements.
Desired Profile:
- Knowledge & experience of deployment methodologies.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Customer interface, Analysis and Troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience in professional services as an implementation engineer. Knowledge on Openshift environment is an added advantage. Proficient and should have significant working experience in application implementation in Linux environments. Proficiency with SQL queries/constructs. Linux/Solaris (Installation, maintenance, Troubleshooting) Communicate overall project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and critical path items.
- Responsible to deploy multiple projects and ensure time bound delivery and quality as expected by customer.
Technical Skills:
- GSM/ LTE/ IMS (SIP, DIAMETER, GTP), Knowledge of SS7, S6a, VoLTE and 5G Call flows and specifications.
- Telecom Protocol Knowledge (SS7, SIP, DIAMETER, GTP, VoLTE and 5G) is must
- In depth understanding of UNIX/LINUX Scripting (e.g. sh, ksh, perl)
- Databases (e.g. Oracle, pgSQL, Couchbase)
- Big Data platform understanding
- Understanding on Containerization Technologies.
- Experience on VNF/CNF is an added plus.
