About The Role
iCapital is looking for a talented
Implementation Specialist Assistant Vice President to join our team in Singapore. The role will report to the Implementation team APAC lead.
The role encompasses supporting the technical and operational needs of all platform offerings as well as supporting and identifying the development of custom features for new partners including providing support to design unique platform workflows. The ideal candidate has a penchant for knowledge, a hunger for growth and learning, and will embrace a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
As an
Implementation Specialist Assistant Vice President, you will concurrently support multiple projects and tasks. These tasks may include:
- Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized projects, and participate in larger projects:
- Manage and coordinate client meetings, producing status reports and anticipating problems, while establishing a clear communication governance;
- Develop and maintain implementation project plans, alerting to potential project implementation constraints and issues.
- Coordinate ongoing implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are covered.
- Manage, coordinate, and control the implementation of project-related documents to ensure quality and consistency.
- Work with other team members to scope, prepare, and manage detailed technical implementation tasks for timely launches:
- Gather business and functional requirements and configure platform settings to answer client needs;
- Lead configurations on the platform to achieve client's business outcomes/Target Operating Model;
- Support and guide the definition of clients workflows and use cases;
- Provide support in test cases definition and manage and drive their execution;
- Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform; develop an in-depth understanding of the platform and proactively identify issues and areas for improvement from a business to technical view.
- Work diligently with senior management to engage new opportunities.
- Support data integrations with clients/vendors (SFTP, DLT, API)
Qualifications
- B.Sc in computer or Engineering related fields
- Holding a Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 6+ years of work experience in business integration, project technology implementation
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry
- Analyzing system workflows and business process flow is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation to drive successful development.
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability
- Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures
- Demonstrate initiative, passion, willingness to roll up one's sleeves, get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
