Position: Implementation Support Specialist
Contract Duration: 1 year (3 openings)
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience as Nurses or Pharmacy Technicians
Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,200/month
Completion Bonus: 1-month salary upon completing the contract
Working Hours:
- Implementation Phase:Morning: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Night: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Post-Implementation Phase:Morning: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Afternoon: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Night: 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Allowances:
- Standby, rotating shift, and night shift allowances during the implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and document transfers to SharePoint for internal access, primarily using Excel.
- Coordinate appointment bookings with various stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate document storage in SharePoint within the next working day.
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports for internal and external customers.
- Handle stress with quick turnaround demands from clinics.
- Independently manage feedback and resolve issues for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in proposal preparation, pricing requests, execution, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, shared services, call center, operations, and other internal teams.
