Import/Export Administrative Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Import/Export Administrative Staff to manage the documentation processes involved in our fishery product import and export operations.

This role demands a good understanding of import/export procedures, exceptional organizational skills.

This role may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate interactions with stakeholders in different time zone (Europe).

The candidate should be willing to adjust their schedule as needed to ensure effective communication and collaboration across different time zones and during the peak season, the staff may be required to work in Taiwan (HQ) for 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Import/Expert Documentation Management:

  • Issuance and management of import/export documentation, including delivery orders, insurance documents, invoices, certificates of origin, and health certifications etc. Ensure all paperwork complies with stringent regulatory requirements and industry standards.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build enduring relationships with customers by providing unparalleled service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication. The expertise in import/export processes will bolster customer confidence and satisfaction.

3. Shipment Monitoring Vigilance:

  • Exercise vigilant oversight of shipment statuses and meticulously track product delivery dates. Attention to detail will be indispensable in guaranteeing timely and accurate deliveries, thereby fortifying customer trust and satisfaction.

4. Account Management:

  • Ability of tracking and processing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring meticulous financial management.

5. Preparation for Regular Audits:

  • Take a proactive approach to prepare for regular audits by ensuring all import/export documentation and processes are meticulously organized, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to conduct internal audits and address any discrepancies or areas of improvement identified.
