Team Summary
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and strategic Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Manager who wants to make a sustainable impact in our talent and business strategy. You will support the Head of I&D and work with a variety of internal and external partners, including business leaders, HR partners, I&D champions, ERG Leaders, and Corporate Communications, to deliver tangible I&D results. You will influence the uptake and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive improvement in I&D and have a direct impact on the way we recruit, develop, retain, and engage all our employees.

What an I&D Manager does at Visa:
Lead and implement components of the I&D strategy in partnership with the regional I&D Director.
Inspire and motivate colleagues across the AP region to be active advocates and champions for I&D.
Collaborate with talent acquisition, talent management, people business partnering, and regional leadership to build inclusive practices across the organization and employee lifecycle.
Identify and address systemic biases in existing policies, processes, and systems, working with the wider People team.
Partner with Visa University to ensure I&D training and content are fit for purpose and facilitate sessions where appropriate.
Promote I&D learning and development across Visa in AP.
Support the growth and development of regional employee networks.
Manage the annual ERG planning process and monthly connects with ERG leads.
Bridge gaps between ERG activities and business initiatives.
Consult and advise on ERG campaigns and initiatives to ensure alignment with the I&D and business strategy.
Provide strategic advice to functions to build diverse and inclusive teams.
Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities, and measure progress.
Manage vendor contracts and payments process for I&D.

Qualifications
What you will need:
7+ years of working experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in an I&D role for a fast-paced growth organization, preferably in a role that spans a region.
What will also help:
Experience managing large complex projects with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams with strong attention to detail.
Experience with research and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to derive and communicate narratives as needed.
Experience planning and managing I&D events.
Strong consulting/problem-solving skills.
