As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries
Job Descriptions:
- Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
- Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
- Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
