Indoor Sales (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Lakeside)

Job Title: Indoor Sales (ID8336)
Location: Lakeside, Singapore
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $2200 - $3000
Off Day: Saturday and Sunday

Job Description:
. Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice.
. Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues.
. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
. Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
. Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
. Support the development of new and existing products.
. Bookkeeping of customers transactions, complaints and all necessary records.
. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:
. Min. O levels and above
. Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Meticulous and detail-oriented
. Proficient in MS Office application such as Word, Excel
. Initiative and commitment to complete assigned task
. Possess proactiveness and willingness to learn
