. Carry out daily routine care in a manner that is and consistent with good infant development principles
. Ensure the safety of infants through constant supervision, effective arrangement of space, and proper maintenance of equipment
. Provide experiences that promote individual expression through conversation, play, and creative interaction
. Developing schedules and routines ensuring physical activity, rest, and playtime
. Observing, assessing, and documenting each assigned child's health, skills, behavior, growth, and development
. Complete bi-annual assessment of children's development
. Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences
. Maintain a safe and healthy environment
. Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
. Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets.
. Meet all applicable licensing regulations
. Attend internal or external training organised by company
. Attend events organised by company. e.g. Open House, carnival etc
. Attend monthly meeting in the evening
. Attend meetings arrange by centre head or management
. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Centre from time to time
