What to Expect:
Baby Care Duties Include:
- Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
- Feeding/Assist in feeding of babies
- Taking note of babies temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
- Monitoring of babies growing progress
- Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
- Ensure Baby Safety
- Umbilical Care
- Oral and Eye Care
- Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager
Mummy Care Duties Include:
- Monitoring of Mummies recovery progress
- Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
- Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
- Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
- Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Care Scheme (Superior to MOH):

Additional Information:
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Day shift: 8am - 8:30pm
- Night shift: 8pm - 8am, with night shift incentives!
- 1.5 hours break included in shifts
Qualifications:
- Possess certification in nursing, infant care or other relevant courses
A Successful Candidate should have:
- Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and resourceful
- Willingness to learn and to continuously improve
- Strong mindset to remain calm and patient
- Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.
