About the Role
The Information Technology Business Development Manager is responsible for the development of customer relationships and sales opportunities within new and dormant accounts in the Information Technology staffing business unit of Quess Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaning conversations with prospect
- Grow and maintain new accounts, once they have been established
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 year's experience in driving revenue and key account management, with experience in client facing and talent acquisition roles
- Familiar with MOM rules and regulations; Understand and able to interpret Singapore employment and labour laws
- High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint and Drives
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
- Able to do the job independently; Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
- Experience in Singapore based IT staffing organizations is a must
