- Responsible for IT related Policies and Procedures review and ensure that controls and processes adhere to the standards, processes and procedures as established by branch, Head Office as well as MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Notice and Guideline.
- Responsible for IT Security, control and implementation, include servers and endpoints security policy, anti-virus, DLP, etc.
- Assist network engineer for periodic vulnerability assessment & penetration testing
- Drive security awareness program and training, Phishing campaign, as well as related IT policy and procedures training
- Participate in Office & DR IT infrastructure and system maintenance (Virtualized Server, SAN Storage, AD & Email Server etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or relevant majors.
- Has Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
- At least 3 year's experience as a system administrator, cyber security officer in medium sized FI.
- Familiar with ITIL, TRM, BCM.
- Familiar with common cyber security tools, e.g. anti-virus, DLP, vulnerbility assessment etc.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Office, Exchange/Outlook.
- Honest, responsible, logical and analytical person.
- Strong self-initiative and self-study spirit, can work independently under high pressure and pursue the excellence.
- Fast learner and good team player, can contribute valuable ideas for the team.
- Strong communication ability, can work smoothly with third party vendors and engineers.
