Develop, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Access-based EUCs (forms, queries, modules, reports, macros) to support business operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot other technologies such as SSIS, SQL Server, stored procedures, and PowerShell scripts.
Attend meetings with end users to understand their business needs and recommend solutions. Collaborate with business analysts to design workflows and document technical solutions.
Develop and enhance programs based on requirements and design documents. Conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality solutions.
Participate in UAT forums, analyze user-raised queries, and identify if issues are bugs. Perform necessary bug fixes based on feedback.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Document and share solutions with end users in a clear, understandable manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in IT, preferably in financial services.
Hands-on experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in developing and maintaining databases and reports using Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
Strong programming skills, particularly with Microsoft Access VBA (forms, queries, reports, macros).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for documentation.
Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, stored procedures, and PowerShell is a plus.
Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex issues for non-technical users.
Ability to work within strict development and banking policies.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
Excellent end-user communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to continuously improve and learn about the banking industry's operations.
